SMART academy
The academy at SMART business is an educational program for young IT professionals, and based on the results of their training, we offer the most successful students to join our team.
There are several courses in the academy where you will gain knowledge of the latest Microsoft technologies and the possibility of further employment:
Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM modules) is a comprehensive intelligent business solution. As well as .NET, cloud technologies, Machine Learning, analytics, and QA. The training lasts four weeks, including theoretical classes and practical work.
Junior QA Engineer
- Test software and document test results.
- Create test cases, checklists, and test plans.
- Collaborate with developers and consultants during solution implementation.
- Participate in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX, and SharePoint.
Junior Software Developer (Microsoft ERP)
- Participate in the development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions.
- Support and optimize existing solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced developers, consultants, and business analysts.
- Take part in implementing new features and conducting testing.
Junior HR Specialist
- Support recruitment processes: posting job openings, communicating with candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Participate in the implementation of internal HR initiatives (surveys, onboarding, development programs, corporate events).
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare analytical reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on internal projects.
Junior Marketing Specialist
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, and educational projects.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and maintain the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate speakers, partners, and vendors during events and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports, gather analytics, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating content for internal and external communications.
Junior Data Science Engineer
- Higher technical degree (3-6 year student or graduate)
- Programming and software development skills (experience with Python, R or similar object-oriented programming languages is a plus)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL)
- Strong knowledge of time series forecasting, statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, econometrics, text processing
- English (oral and written) – not lower than Intermediate
- Personal characteristics: responsibility, sociability, initiativeness, diligence, ability to learn quickly, focused on results and teamwork
Junior .NET Developer
- Higher technical degree (3-6 year student or graduate)
- Skills in C#, .NET and .NET Core programming languages
- Experience with databases
- Understanding of business processes of the enterprise and the principles of their construction
- English (oral and written) – not lower than Intermediate
- Personal characteristics: responsibility, sociability, initiativeness, diligence, ability to learn quickly, focused on results and teamwork
Junior Front-End Developer
- Higher technical degree (3-6 year student or graduate)
- React.js programming and development skills, knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/GIT/TypeScript/Redux
- Understanding of RESTful API principles and ability to customize and optimize building systems
- English (oral and written) – not lower than Intermediate
- Personal characteristics: responsibility, sociability, initiativeness, diligence, ability to learn quickly, focused on results and teamwork
