We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to support the implementation of HR projects and internal initiatives focused on team development and enhancing corporate culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes: posting job openings, communicating with candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Participate in the implementation of internal HR initiatives (surveys, onboarding, development programs, corporate events).
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare analytical reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on internal projects.
