SMART business is inviting applications for the position of Training Manager!
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the administration and coordination of external and internal training programs and events, including planning and logistics; tracking participation and successful completion of training activities; supporting the preparation of materials and communications related to training programs.
Technical qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in learning and development or supporting training processes.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate 360, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Functional responsibilities:
- Internal training activities:
- Organizing and conducting internal knowledge-sharing and training events. This includes preparing visual materials and publications, creating event sessions in the SMART HCM & LMS system, tracking attendance, creating meeting recordings, and collecting and analyzing feedback.
- Assistance in developing online learning materials in accordance with the Learning Course Quality Standards and the Training Course Development Procedure.
- External training activities:
- Organizing and conducting training events involving external experts. This includes assisting in provider selection, contract signing, coordinating payments, creating event sessions in the SMART HCM & LMS system, preparing visual materials and posts, and monitoring attendance.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback to generate recommendations for improving the organization of similar events and proposing topics for future training activities.
- Conducting training Academies and webinars for external audiences.
The Training Manager will work closely with functional teams in the Marketing Department (designers, developers, email marketers, SMM specialists, targeting specialists), as well as with training program speakers:
- Publishing announcements of Academies on the company’s websites (e.g., https://getsmart.com.ua/), social media channels, and external platforms.
- Organizing audience invitations (primarily via email channels).
- Coordinating with speakers (mainly assisting speakers in creating presentations).
- Conducting Academies directly (primarily technical support: launching the platform, addressing organizational questions in the chat).
- Communicating with Academy participants (by voice and in writing, particularly if participants face access or other issues).
- Summarizing Academy results and presenting team performance outcomes (involving work with CRM and Excel).
- Assisting in conducting webinars for external audiences — supporting marketers in webinar hosting.
- Collaboration with IC, HR, and L&D teams to promote corporate values and a culture of continuous learning, encouraging ongoing skill development and knowledge expansion.
- Administration of the SMART HCM & LMS system:
- Assigning training courses according to incoming requests.
- Providing support to internal users of the SMART HCM & LMS system.
- Analyzing feedback from vendors on system usage and generating improvement suggestions.
- Collaborating with the SMART HCM & LMS product team to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Supporting the creation of online learning materials in accordance with the Learning Course Quality Standards and the Training Course Development Procedure.
