Cloud Engineer

We are expanding our team and looking for a Cloud Engineer to take ownership of the administration, support, and development of Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystems for our European clients. In this role, you will directly impact the stability of enterprise-grade international infrastructure, drive large-scale migrations to Exchange Online, and work closely with regional teams and stakeholders in Poland. This role is designed for a professional who blends deep technical expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies with fluent, professional communication in both Polish and English.
Skills required:
- Experience in administering Azure cloud services (billing, Azure Calculation, roles, policies)
- Work with virtualization (creation, availability plan, extensions, additional configurations)
- Administering Microsoft 365 services
- Setting up and configuring Exchange Online
- Experience of automating and writing PowerShell scripts
- Experience with Azure AD Connect
- Experience of migrating to Exchange Online
- Understanding of network technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot will be an advantage
- Fluency in Polish (B2+ or C1 level and above) to enable seamless interaction with local stakeholders and regional teams.
- Advanced English language proficiency to ensure clear and effective communication in global projects.
Functional duties:
- Work related to administering Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Participation in Microsoft cloud solutions support projects
- Administration of infrastructure, networks, servers (physical and virtual)
- Administration of Teams, Exchange Online, and hybrid infrastructures
- Participation in migrations to Exchange Online from different services
- Performance of work related to the Partner Center (accesses, associations of new customers, number of licenses, Reserved Instances, placement of subscriptions, etc.)
- Participation in deploying and configuring Microsoft Dynamics
