Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (Payroll)

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant/Analyst to help clients automate payroll workflows and implement solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Analyze and map client payroll business processes.
- Gather functional requirements and write specifications for the development team.
- Configure the system according to client requirements.
- Conduct user training and consultations.
- Prepare project documentation and user manuals.
- Manage client communication and provide solution support across all project stages.
Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or HR Management.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processes.
- Experience in payroll automation or implementing relevant HR/payroll systems.
- Experience with Ukrainian accounting standards related to payroll and HR calculations.
- English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
